SANTA CLARA, California, - February 6, 2006 Power Analog Microelectronics (PAM), a developer of Class-D digital audio amplifiers and innovative power management semiconductors, today announced that it has closed its Series A funding with $6 million in investments. CVM Capital led in the round, with VentureTech Alliance, H&Q Asia-Pacific, and Huanan Venture Capital joining the round. As part of this investment, Remington Hu of CVM Capital, and Dr. Kai Tsang of VentureTech Alliance have joined PAM's board of directors.
